Withdrawal Form
In accordance with European legislation, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. To exercise this right, please fill out the form below. Upon receipt, we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt by email as well as the return instructions.
Note: In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, Bowtex offers free returns within 14 days after receipt of your order for European Union countries. Items must be returned new, unworn, and in their original packaging. You can initiate a return from your account by selecting the items from your order that you wish to return. A return label will be provided to you. The withdrawal form also results in a return label being sent. The internal procedures are therefore identical.
